I thought if i got on an HVAC repair plan, I wouldn’t have any concerns with our HVAC system; Well, the last time I had an HVAC pro out to take care of everything, she said our HVAC system was nearing the end of its lifespan, so i thought with regular HVAC maintenance, I would be able to add a few more years of life to the system, but I was wrong about that.
I mean, the HVAC was well over 15 years old, so I entirely shouldn’t have been so surprised, then the HVAC pro told myself and others that if it were him, she would go for a zone controlled HVAC.
I didn’t guess what she was talking about at 1st, however she explained it to me, then she said with a good HVAC system with HVAC zone control, I could customize temperature control settings in odd parts of the condo plus save large amounts of currency that way on the utility bills. It made sense because she explained that I wouldn’t need to focus on heating plus cooling for the entire house, but only the areas that were constantly used, then of course if I had guests over, I could supply the ideal temperature control settings in the back rooms, but I didn’t have to bother with any of that when those rooms were not being used. The zone controlled HVAC legitimately sounded pretty nice plus I decided that’s what I needed in our home. The next time I saw the HVAC professional, she was there for the placement of a ductless mini split. Now I have HVAC zone control in all the odd rooms plus the utility bills are lower!
