When my partner plus I moved into our new beach loft the two of us had some drastic cleaning up to do.
For some unknown reason, the previous owners of our beach loft had left numerous pieces of furniture in the home. Some of it was outdated plus worn plus I believe they just didn’t want to take the time plus effort to throw it away themselves, other items however were in good condition plus it left me scratching my head as to why they would have just left this nice stuff there. My partner plus I spent the next month cleaning out our beach loft plus slowly moving out the abandoned furniture little by little. Now the two of us were tackling the dining room in our closet where they had left some boxes, a couple of pairs of shoes, plus even some clothes. I believe there was a lot that they simply didn’t want to take with them. Once I had cleared all of the boxes out of the dining room closet I was shocked by what I found. In the unquestionably back corner was a ductless mini split cooling system. It was brand new in the box plus everything. I couldn’t think what a blessed find it was! I showed it to my partner plus the more than one of us agreed to keep it. All of us already had a space gas furnace plus the ductless mini split cooling system would go perfectly with it. It was a fantastic way to deliver us even more climate control in our home. All of us opened up plus used it that same day plus were surprised by how much air a small plus portable device could put out. It was doing better than our central heating plus cooling system! It was absolutely a keeper.
