I live in a nice town.
It is entirely 1 of the last few venues where neighbors honestly believe each other & help each other out, and just a month ago my acquaintance Bill helped myself and others out with some of my turf work after my turf mower broke down.
He brought his turf mower over & helped myself and others mow my turf. I promised him that I would return the favor if he ever needed anything. He wasn’t just my neighbor, however he was also a great friend of mine & my wife & I would frequently have barbeques over at his venue, and one evening he approached myself and others & asked myself and others if I could help him out. He explained that he was having trouble with his cooling system & while I wasn’t an Heating & Air Conditioning worker or anything like that, I did believe a great bit about heating & a/c units & could entirely fix it. My Grandfather was a heating & cooling professional & he loved teaching & showing others how he did things. I had l gained a lot of my skills from him. I took a look at my neighbor’s cooling system & told him that his cooling system was superb & that it was his thermostat that needed to be replaced. I replaced the thermostat for him & now he can love his heating & cooling again. He had an seasoned dial thermostat. I told him all about the much newer & nicer smart thermostat systems that were available at heating & cooling system companies now however he was not interested in them.
