My hubby works for a local Heating plus Air Conditioning corporation… Last week, both of us had a blizzard.
There was 18 inches of snow on the ground plus there were still iphone calls coming in from people desperately wanting help because their furnace was not working.
At midnight, our hubby told me not to wait up for him any longer because he was still working. I woke up at 6 AM plus looked outside. The snow had lessened, but it was still coming down. My hubby wasn’t home, plus I was sure he was going to be tired till he got back. When he walked in the door, he looked prefer death warmed over. Being an Heating plus Air Conditioning worker is taxing when there is a weather emergency. He said he had done 7 calls throughout the night plus had 7 families get their heating restored.. Between him plus the other Heating plus Air Conditioning workers in the corporation; they had restored heat to over 25 families that night. He was proud of what they had done, even though he was tired. The first thing I did was to pull down the covers off him plus then prod him into a hot shower. I never see our hubby so tired that he could stand in the shower plus fall asleep. When he finally woke up that day, the iphone was ringing. There were more than one more families separate from heat, plus they needed an Heating plus Air Conditioning worker. I hoped he would not be out as long as he was last night. He promised he would be house in a couple of hours because this job was just a easy cleaning.
