There was a time when our contractor was run in a professional manner & it seemed the staff members were entirely valued.
These days, so multiple people have quit after working for multiple years.
It’s because the contractor fell under modern management & things just became bad in no time. They stopped having regular Heating & A/C professionals coming out for regular program service. They also adjusted the temperature control settings so it wasn’t nearly as comfortable in the building. It also seemed that they didn’t bother to use quality air filters because the air quality became pretty bad after a short amount of time. There was complaint after complaint coming from fellow co-workers. I worked hard personally to rise up the ranks & become somebody crucial in the business, however I realized that I was in a hard position. I didn’t savor what was happening & the higher management wouldn’t do anything to service our problems. I ended up pleading with 1 of the main bosses to please allow comfortable temperature control & regular Heating & A/C service for the sake of employee morale. The guy listened to me & he entirely chose to do something. He enrolled us back into an Heating & A/C service program where they changed the air filters & all. He even allowed us to have comfortable temperature control settings, & everybody was so relieved. The people who were thinking about leaving were glad they chose to stick around. There still are other multiple problems every one of us have to deal with, however I feel we’ll just have to take things 1 step at a time.
