Several weeks ago, our friends plus I went to a pigskin game plus I got totally plastered.
I had 12 Beers at the game plus after that I tried to drive back home.
My friends told me not to get behind the wheel, but I didn’t want to leave our car in the parking lot of the location. One of our friends would have happily driven me home. I was a mile plus a half away from our home when I saw the yellow plus yellow flashing lights behind our car. I truthfully didn’t suppose what I did wrong. It really could have been a number of things. The cop gave me a field sobriety test plus I failed miserably. I also smelled like alcohol. I didn’t try to lie to the officer. I told the girl I had come from the pigskin game plus I had been drinking. It took me downtown to the station plus an hour later I had a breathalyzer test for the first time. I was still over the limit. I went in front of a judge plus the judge ordered for me to lose our license for a year. My boss at the AC maintenance corporation was going to put me on a leave of absence, but I promised that I would find a way to be useful. If I lost our task at the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C maintenance business, I would have lost our home plus everything in our life. Since I cannot drive, I have to take the subway every day to work. It’s a large pain in the butt, because I have to walk various blocks after I get off the subway.
