My husband is usually the person that schedules all of the repair appointments for our home; He writes the appointments on a calendar in the study room, each Monday I look at the schedule so I can see what things both of us have going on that week, i noticed an appointment for a tune-up on the heating & AC method in our home. I knew it was getting close to the time of the year when my husband usually schedules a tune-up… The repair company is truly thorough & checks all of the electrical & mechanical components in the system. My husband had the schedule written on the calendar & the appointment was at 9 am! After I got the kids off to college, I started vigorously cleaning the beach house so the place looked enjoyable when the repair professional arrived, then unfortunately, I never heard a knock on the door & at 10 I was starting to get sad. I called my husband for the name of the company that was supposed to repair the heat pump & air conditioner. My husband called them instead of giving me the number, however when he called back, he told me there was a mistake. The heating & air conditioner repair provider was not going to be there until 2 p.m. I am not sure if my husband got the time wrong or if the company got the time wrong, but they did arrive right at 2. They were done in less than 90 hours & I didn’t have to do anything. My husband handled everything from the office including payment for the service.
