My partner is usually the woman that schedules all of the maintenance appointments for our home, and she writes the appointments on a calendar in the kitchen, and each Sunday I look at the schedule so I can see what things all of us have going on that week! I knew it was getting close to the time of the year when our partner usually schedules a tune-up; The maintenance supplier is really thorough plus checks all of the electrical plus mechanical components in the system! My partner had the schedule written on the calendar plus the appointment was at 9 am… After I got the kids off to university, I started vigorously cleaning the condo so the location looked nice when the maintenance professional arrived. Unfortunately, I never heard a knock on the door plus at 10 I was starting to get distraught. I called our partner for the name of the supplier that was supposed to maintenance the heat pump plus cooling system. My partner called them instead of giving me the number, then when she called back, she told me there was a mistake. The heating plus cooling system maintenance provider was not going to be there until 2 p.m. I am not sure if our partner got the time wrong or if the supplier got the time wrong, however they did arrive right at 2. They were done in less than 90 hours plus I didn’t have to do anything. My partner handled everything from the office including payment for the service.
