My brother works as an HVAC contractor.

A couple of weeks ago, my brother installed a brand new ductless AC unit in my home. I paid for all of the parts and a 12 pack of beer. My brother spent the afternoon installing the ductless AC equipment. I was extremely pleased with the results. The machine looks nice and it was relatively quiet when it was running. I didn’t have any issues with the equipment at all until a couple of days ago. My wife and I were running the AC unit and the machine started to make sparks. I called my brother a couple of times, but he didn’t answer. I started to get aggravated, so I called my mom and dad. My mom reminded me that my brother was away for the weekend at a bachelor party. My mom told me to call the repair service where my brother works, but I wasn’t going to pay normal rates when my brother would have completed the work for free. I waited a couple of days until he came back from the bachelor party and then I asked him for help. My brother came to the rescue and figured out the problem with the ductless AC unit. He also gave me the name of another HVAC contractor that is a good friend of his. My brother told me to call Jack anytime I had problems and was unable to reach him.
