The local business who does commercial A/C installs just offered me a component they took out of a big office building that they said could be retrofitted into our flat.
It’s pretty cool because our component is getting quite old plus I don’t entirely have the cash to buy a modern a single just yet.
This commercial air conditioner is going to cool our flat much faster plus it also has a heat strip in it so I have heat too. I guess this component cost about $15k plus there is no way I could afford something like this unless it was a gift, as it was! I’m going to ask the old guy HEPA filter salesman what he thinks about us trying to put it in ourselves. I know he is quite old now plus can’t do much lifting although I have a strong body plus am able to do most of the moving myself. I have a few years experience in the Heating plus Air Conditioning industry, so I guess between the more than one of us the two of us can pull this off. I have a couple friends who could help us if the two of us need it although I guess the two of us will be great doing it alone. I am planning on going to the local business to get all of the tools necessary for the retrofit. I can’t wait to have modern heating plus cooling in this place because mine is entirely struggling to keep the place comfortable plus when summer time comes I am afraid it is not going to break it. Thank God for the HEPA filter old man.
