We had to close down our cafe for a month so that we could get all of the HVAC system reworked.
I think that once we finally reopen again, we will be coming back better and stronger than ever before.
We have been running this little cafe for about five years now, and we have a really loyal customer base here in our town. There are not that many places to go around here, especially places with wholesome healthy food. Plus we are very friendly here and I think that’s why people like to come here. Another reason that people like to come here to our little cafe is because we have really great indoor air quality. We pay attention to the temperature that we set our thermostat, both in the winter and in the summer. I know that a lot of restaurants set their thermostats too high in the summer and the places are too hot without enough air conditioning. However, another problem is that people use the air conditioning too much in the summer and the inside of restaurants can end up feeling like a cold meat locker! That never happens around here though. We are very understanding about what our customers want and we want to keep them as comfortable as possible. That’s why we ended up closing down so we could get a new HVAC system installed in the restaurant. We are even getting a new air purification system. I think the place is going to be great once we reopen in a couple of weeks.
