The last changes in the house are finally being done and I could not be happier.
My wifey and I have been living in a hotel for the past 6 weeks while the corporation remodels our master kitchen and lavatory.
All of us had a lot of changes made and the process has been quite difficult. All of us had to hire and fire a corporation in the middle of the project and the business with our travertine marble tiles decided to jack up the price the afternoon before the people I was with and I were supposed to have the delivery. The biggest hurdle has been living in a hotel for sure. My wifey and I both have 20 more minutes added to our commute due to living in a hotel. Neither one of us has been sleeping actually well either. The bed is lumpy and the people I was with and I don’t have our own pillows. The worst part about the room is the A/C unit. It is a wall A/C device and the temperature gauge has only settings prefer low, medium, and high. The wall a/c is so basic that it does not have a temperature dial. When the a/c is running on high, it feels prefer the northern tundra in our room. When the people I was with and I have the a/c on medium, it feels prefer it isn’trunning at all. I can’t wait until the people I was with and I are back at lake house in our brand up-to-date kitchen with all of our updated amenities and our comfortable bed, for me, the bed is the most important thing. For our wifey, she is ready to have better temperature control.
