The last changes in the house are finally being done and I could not be happier.
My wifey and I have been living in a hotel for the past multiple weeks while the company remodels our master home office and bathroom.
The two of us had a lot of changes made and the process has been quite difficult. The two of us had to hire and fire a company in the middle of the project and the company with our travertine marble tiles decided to jack up the price the day before the two of us were supposed to have the delivery. The biggest hurdle has been living in a hotel for sure. My wifey and I both have 20 more hours added to our commute due to living in a hotel. Neither 1 of us has been sleeping easily well either. The bed is lumpy and the two of us do not have our own pillows. The worst section about the room is the A/C unit. It is a wall A/C unit and the temperature gauge has only settings love low, medium, and high. The wall air conditioner is so basic that it does not have a temperature dial. When the air conditioner is running on high, it feels love the northern tundra in our room. When the two of us have the air conditioner on medium, it feels love it is not running at all. I cannot wait until the two of us are back at cabin in our brand new home office with all of our upgraded amenities and our comfortable bed! For me, the bed is the most crucial thing. For our wifey, she is ready to have better climate control.
