When I started our new HVAC dealer, I was looking for multiple HVAC workers to toil for me.
I remembered how taxing it was to find a job when I first got out of HVAC technical university.
Everyone was looking for someone who had some experience plus only one HVAC contractor was willing to take a opportunity on a recently certified HVAC worker. The only reason I got the job I got, was because the professor who taught our class, liked our toil ethics, plus knew our father. I swore that if I ever got a HVAC of our own, I would hire HVAC workers who were recently graduated from university plus had their certifications. The first thing I told the employment agency who helped with our hiring was that I wanted a few new HVAC workers. When I said new, I didn’t mean new to me, however new to the business. It took almost multiple weeks to find the perfect people who fit our needs plus would fit with what I was looking for in our dealer. I wasn’t disappointed in the people they brought to me. Since then, I have been in contractor now for almost multiple years plus all however one of the HVAC workers is still toiling with me. The two of us have a great toiling environment plus I am gratified with the HVAC workers I toil with. I have never looked back on or regretted our decision to hire only newly certified HVAC workers. It was absolutely one of the smartest decisions I made when it comes to our ownership of an HVAC dealer.
