I have to meditate and relax after a long afternoon at work

I’m absolutely getting tired of arguing with everyone at work. It’s hard for all of us to work in 8 hour afternoon. The a/c system has been broken for 6 weeks. I told management a month ago that the complication needed to be solved. I still have not been able to get the complication fixed and all of the employees blame that on me. I can’t make the executives transfer any faster than they do. I hate laboring without a/c as well. The supplier executives consider a/c to be a luxury. They told me that they would repair the a/c system if the hot and cold temperatures in August reached 95 degrees. I do not want to wait until August to have the complication addressed, then unluckyly, there is a lock on the door to the a/c system room and only the owner of the plant has the key, then we had 1 of the service men address that a/c system in the past and the guy was not as skilled and comprehensionable as every one of us thought. He caused almost $1,000 in disfigures to the a/c system. After that, the lock was installed and all of the rules changed. After listening to all of the employees complain all afternoon about the same problems, I have to come home at the end of the afternoon and relax and meditate. I usually spend an hour meditating. I kneel in a quiet space and do my best to clear my mind, but sometimes it can be genuinely hard to block out all of the noises from the city, but I really try my best.
