I guess that it is crucial to be loyal as well. I consider myself to be an seriously loyal woman. I stayed at our location of employment for 10 years, even though our boss only gave me one raise in pay. She told me afternoon after afternoon that she wanted the company to be a success. She promised to give me more money as soon as she had the chance. The first time the boss took a getaway, I got infuriated. I had not had a raise yet plus I honestly did not have a paid getaway. I was working our tail off for the woman plus she did not seem to love all of our hard work, but eventually I went to the boss plus I told the woman that I deserved a raise plus I was not going to do any more work until I felt loved. It was the first time I ever took a stand for myself. I did not guess if it was going to work or not, however at the time I did not actually care. I felt great about speaking our mind plus choosing to no longer get run over. The next afternoon, our boss came up with a reason to let me go. Since I live in a state where there is no right to work, the boss can fire me at any time for no reason at all. I tried to take a stand plus I told the boss that I was not going to work for free anymore. Her response was to hire someone else. At least I found a job where I am finally being loved for all of our drinks.
