Had to hire the right person for the cleaning staff

My sibling and I sincerely own a turnkey business.

Both of us offer a variety of services. We take care of house cleaning, painting, carpet, and cement work. Business has been completely fantastic, especially since both of us picked up an immense commercial property… The commercial property is a 600 unit apartment building that has numerous elderly residents. The owner of the commercial property covers the cost for us to scrub all of the floors throughout the building. The service is executed once each week. One week we task on all of the carpets and halls and the next week we scrub and wax all of the floors. Roughly a week after both of us picked up this commercial cleaning job, both of us had to hire another person to do work on the cleaning staff… I had a couple of resumes resting on our desk. I planned to have all the people in my office for an interview. One of our employees looked at the stack of applications, and he found plenty of mistakes on the application at the top of the pile. That person was actually the number one prospect. That’s the reason why his resume was located on the top of the pile. He had numerous years of experience in the cleaning industry, however unluckily, I did not look carefully at the resume and I missed a few important things. The name of the first business listed on the application was truly incorrect. The guy claimed to have worked there until 2008, although I knew without a doubt that business closed down in 2004. After examining the resume more closely, I made the choice not to call that person for an interview.
