I had to install about 60 ft of drain lines at the high university, the job was going to take 2 weeks to complete plus I needed some young plus strong guys to help myself and others with the project! I went to a temporary staffing repair to look for guys to help with the drain line upgrade work, however mostly I just needed some strong guys to dig ditches.
Three guys were more than glad to help out with the project.
I finally picked them up from the staffing agency on Tuesday morning. The guys didn’t seem very glad when they found out that they were going to be digging trenches all day. I don’t even know what they expected to do. I told them that I had to install drain lines plus every one of us would be digging trenches all day, but one of the guys called his girlfriend to pick him up for lunch. The other more than one guy packed lunch plus sat on the job site. The guy that left for lunch never returned. The guy didn’t come back from his lunch break plus he did not return the next day either. I had never heard from the guy, but he tried to get paid from the temporary staffing repair for the plumbing job that he did. I will refuse to fill out any of the paperwork because the guy left early, however a person from the staffing repair called myself and others plus I found out that I had to spend a total of 4 hours, even if the guy left early. I was pretty angry plus frustrated, plus I will no longer use that staffing repair when I have extra work that needs to be done.
