Looking for the ideal candidate for the cleaning staff

He had many years of experience in the cleaning industry.

My sibling and I chose to start up our own turnkey business. Both of us offer a series of services like residence cleaning, painting, carpet, and tile work. Business has been pretty great to be honest, especially since we picked up a very sizable commercial property. The commercial property is a 600 unit apartment building that has a good amount of elderly residents. The owner of the commercial property pays for us to clean every single one of the floors throughout the building. The service is performed one time each month… One month we take care of all of the carpets and halls and the next month we work on cleaning and waxing all of the tile floors! Approximately a month after every one of us picked up this commercial cleaning project, we genuinely had to hire another person to work on the cleaning crew. I had some resumes resting on my desk. I planned to have these people come into the office for an interview. One of my employees had a look at the stack of applications, however he noticed a couple of mistakes on the application at the top of the pile. That person was my number one prospect to be honest. That’s why his resume was on the top of the pile. He had many years of experience in the cleaning industry. Regrettably, I did not genuinely look carefully enough at the resume and I missed some things that were important. The name of the first supplier listed on the application wasn’t even right. The guy claimed to have worked there until 2008, but I knew that business closed down in 2004. After carefully inspecting the resume, I decided not to call that person for an interview.
