When my wife and children asked what I wanted to do for Father’s Day, they were in for it.
I told them exactly what I wanted and it wasn’t something that any of them really wanted to do.
I told them that I wanted to go to the history museum where they just had a new UV air purification system installed. I knew the air quality was going to be wonderful and I wanted to see all the new exhibits they had as well. We had been to the museum a few times before, but that was mainly when the air quality wasn’t so great. I believe they had an issue with their ductwork system or something being clogged up, but they had since had the ductwork system cleaned along with the new UV air purification system installation. So we went to the museum, and it was amazing to see that even the children were having a good time. It’s amazing to see what a difference having good air quality makes in a place. I think a lot of people felt miserable about going to the museum before, but I was still always fascinated with the place. When we were done enjoying the museum, we ended up going to one of my favorite eateries. It was kind of crowded so we had to wait, but at least the place had good air conditioning, so we were comfortable while waiting for our table. When we had our food, it was delicious and the waiter kept the drinks coming so I gave him a good tip. Now the kids are asking when we can go back to the museum, and that definitely puts a smile on my face.
