Sometimes when I look at my friends I simply swell with pride. They’re all such amazing human beings and I value them for all the time we spend together and apart. One of my favorite parts about all these humans is how down to earth they truly are. While many people my age have their heads in the clouds, I’ve managed to find a group with highly mature and humble mindsets. For instance, my very best friend is getting married next summer. Rather than having a huge event, she’s only inviting a select few guests to throw a giant party with. They aren’t worrying about the dress code or caterer, but are focusing on bouncy castles and open bars. Even more impressive, their wedding registry is so logical and functional! My favorite item on their list is a brand new HVAC system. They need the new ventilation system for their current residence and simply don’t want to start their marriage with such a boring purchase! It’s a large purchase to get a brand new heating and cooling system, so it would require several guests to contribute. However, the make and model they are asking for is extremely practical. It’s energy star rated and has all of the newest connectivity features. The system allows for even temperature control and minute adjustments to the air temperature and flow speed. I know that the temperature control plan will be purchased for them before the big day, so I plan to surprise them with two years of preventative service from the same HVAC dealership!
