We should be getting our business cards for our band in two days as well as then I can beginning handing them out to clubs as well as bars to try as well as get gigs this summer.
In the coming winter season my friend and I are going to be heading north to the mountains to do shows in the ski resorts, which should be a fun time because my friend and I can ski in the morning as well as do shows at night. That would be a pretty cool winter if my friend and I can pull it off, which I believe my friend and I can do if my friend and I contact the clubs early enough. A fireplace by the stage to keep us warm, or a small space heater, is pretty much all my friend and I need to be comfortable while playing music for the skiers. Who knows where life will take us with this music venture but my friend and I are sure going to try as well as make something happen while my friend and I are still alive. I like working on Heating and Air Conditioning systems but it can get kind of boring over time, so playing music at night in weather conditions controlled clubs would be a nice refreshing change from the humdrum labor for the local company each week. I don’t know how people labor at a job for 40 years, a job that they don’t even like just for money, but I guess some people have no choice so they just do it. I have a choice though, so I don’t have to do heating as well as cooling labor the rest of my life if I can make this music thing labor over the next few years.
