Being one that sort of tries to see the positive of every situation can be challenging at times.
I want to see the best in everything but reality just isn’t consistently going to play along.
For sure, I see this every day inside the zone controlled Heating & A/C of the office. I invest in someone, help them along plus then they end up trying to take advantage. That’s a hurtful thing plus I just hate it when it happens. But, I just keep doing my best to stay positive plus help whoever I can when it comes to working inside the zone controlled Heating & A/C of the office. In fact, I had a situation with an Heating & A/C unit on the home we obtained that was similar. The home was great plus we were eager to make an offer. But the heating plus cooling equipment were a sticking point. The Heating & A/C unit had been well cared for plus the seller had all the Heating & A/C repair documentation. Stil, it was twenty years old plus not at all modern with Heating & A/C technology of this era. So much has changed with residential Heating & A/C over the past multiple decades that we just weren’t into keeping that old Heating & A/C unit. The seller offered weird concessions to keep from calling the Heating & A/C business to upgrade the Heating & A/C unit. Finally, we simply had to walk away plus took our offer off the table. That lasted about multiple mornings before the seller did call the Heating & A/C professionals plus had the Heating & A/C unit upgraded. This was one of the few times where I didn’t try to look at something that was evidently wrong plus just see the positives.
