I couldn’t believe she had already talked to someone and made an appointment for me to discuss a marketing campaign
My wife is the bookkeeper for my HVAC company. For the last six months, she had been telling me that business was dropping off. She said many of our older customers were no longer housekeeping and we lost customers because of it. I wanted to know why the new homeowners weren’t using us, since we had installed most of the HVAC equipment in the new developments. My wife couldn’t answer that question, but she knew how we could gain more customers. She thought we needed a digital marketing company. I hated advertising, and she knew it, but she may have a point. Even I went online to look up information and find local companies that can help me with parts for my HVAC company. I looked at her and asked if she was sure I need a digital marketing company? She told me she had done some research and there are many online marketing companies that offer specialists who create marketing campaigns just for HVAC companies. A couple of those companies also have HVAC technicians who are the marketing consultants. At least I would have someone who knew what I needed to improve my business. I told her I would give the company a call, but she just smiled. She said they would call me back in about an hour. I couldn’t believe she had already talked to someone and made an appointment for me to discuss a marketing campaign. With her around, my business will thrive for years. My wife is possibly the best thing to have happened to my HVAC company.
