I wasn’t sure about the plan of living in a up-to-date home that wasn’t outfitted with the newest indoor air conditions control equipment. My fiance was interested in moving into a up-to-date arena, but the condo wasn’t athletic activitying a central heating, cooling, & air quality control plan that I had ever encountered before. To me, it seemed like the condo wasn’t equipped with any temperature control at all. There was an seasoned wood burning stove in the family room, but I assumed that thing was purely decorative, and surely no one could use it to heat the home. I also noticed there were numerous air conditioner window units spread around the outside of the house… but who still emplotted AC window units in this week’s afternoon & age? There was no central thermostat – let alone the smart thermostat that I was used to using. And, overall, I felt like the people I was with and I were moving into a shack. Turns out, I was wrong with all our judgments. The condo doesn’t have a central heating & cooling plan, because it has separate floorboard gas furnaces in every room. They have individual temperature controls, which allow us to customize the comfort in every space; Best of all, our energy bills are way lower with this zone controlled heating & cooling than they ever were with our central heating & cooling system. I guess like the people I was with and I got the best of all worlds with this heating system, & I’m not even upset about using AC window units when the seasons change & humidity rolls into town. I’m easily looking forward to it.
