When I saw the last energy bill, I damn near fainted.

This has been pattern with the rising price of energy to heat our home. And I wanted to get to the bottom of this issue. See, it’s not cool to have to work all your life just to pay bills. It’s better to have some currency left over for the things you like, plus also save up. But, there’s been inflation lately, plus the price of everything seems to keep rising. Still, I thought the high energy bill was abnormal. So I spoke with a local Heating as well as A/C specialist about this matter. She had come by the current home to do general maintenance, plus also scrub the ductwork. My pal and I checked, plus realized the issue was temperature control settings. My pal Mike and I had installed a smart temperature control 2 years back, plus it keeps a history of all fluctuations and setting changes. To my surprise, the HVAC settings were never consistent. It seems the teenagers had been messing with the temperature control even after the last time I warned them against it. If you keep increasing the temperature settings, my old Heating as well as A/C gas furnace has to work harder to keep up. When this happens, I end up using more energy to boil the home, plus pay a far higher utility bill. This wasn’t what I wanted so I began monitoring the smart temperature control with my phone. If anyone attempted to change the settings, I would get an alert on my phone, plus stop the high interest. Hopefully, this will help lower my energy bills, plus leave a little more currency in my pockets.
