I was saving currency for that new a/c equipment for a long period of time.
My property doesn’t have central a/c equipment.
My last property had central a/c equipment, so I never needed to own window a/c equipment. When I moved into this property, I had a rather tight budget, so I have been saving for a window a/c ever since I moved into this place. I wanted a nicer window a/c, so I knew that it was going to take a long while to save up for the window a/c. After nearly a year of saving every extra penny that I could, I finally had enough currency for the window a/c equipment. I was attempting to go to the store that week, however since it was fall, I wasn’t really in a hurry. In a few weeks, the window a/cs would go on sale, plus I would be able to pick up a good one at a great price! However, I found out that one of my friends just had a pretty serious issue. They just had to have major surgery, plus they didn’t have health insurance. They are trying to pay off their bill, however now, they cannot afford their rent. If they didn’t pay it within so many days, they were going to lose their property altogether, plus they have a couple of kids. Sure, I had enough currency for the window a/c equipment, although I couldn’t let my good friends become homeless. I made the decision to not purchase the window a/c equipment, plus I provided them the currency instead to cover their rent. The look on my pal’s face was worth skipping the a/c equipment. I will be able to save the currency again for the a/c equipment, although I might have never gotten that chance again.
