It isn’t every day that a girl ends up standing in a police station with handcuffs.
I know that I shouldn’t have done what I did, but if you were there, you would have done the same thing. I was so miserable when my air conditioning quit working, that I kicked the thing and broke my toe. I was trying to hobble over to the thermostat when I stubbed another toe on the floor transitional. I was walking on my heels, toes pointing upward, and miserable as a hornet that had just had their nest torched. I picked up my iPhone to call the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company. It slipped through my fingers and crashed to the floor, splintering the glass into thoUSnds of pieces. I had to use my spare iPhone, which was a flip iPhone, and it didn’t hold any of my contacts. I finally found a card for the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company, tucked into a single of my junk drawers. The receptionist answered and asked if it was an emergency. I told her that if it wasn’t an emergency, I wouldn’t be calling at 9 in the evening. She got huffy and told myself and others she would have to charge myself and others extra, but she would have a serviceman to the door within an second. By the time the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman got to the door, I was hurting, and I wanted to yell at someone, and not only did I yell at the serviceman, even though I almost knocked him out. I didn’t mean to do it, but when I yelled at him for charging myself and others so much, I also threw my iPhone. The iPhone hit him in the head and cut his eye. They charged myself and others with assault but he promises to drop the charges.
