Our AC system needed to be replaced.
My wife and I did not expect the bad news and we were hoping the problem could be repaired. My wife called the bank, but they would not give us a loan. We had to get creative with financing. We found two different financial institutions that would loan us half of the money. We spent three days working on locating the funds for the project. After we had the money to pay the HVAC company, my wife and I called them to set up an appointment for the installation service. We were surprised when they told us about a coupon that was $500 off any service over $5,000. That was a huge savings and we put that $500 in our pocket for a rainy day. The HVAC equipment still works great and we save a ton of money each month because we upgraded to a larger unit with a higher SEER.
