For the longest time, I have been out there grilling in the same spot.
I enjoy grilling, it gives me a sense of peace and I love the food that I am making.
I also love to see everybody else enjoying some quality food like some of the strip steaks I make or juicy burgers with high quality meat. My wife was saying that I should install a light out there above my grill so that I can see when I’m grilling at night. Sometimes I use a flashlight when I’m cooking late. It’s a bit inconvenient I’ll admit, but I was thinking of the consequences of using an official bright outdoor light for the grill. I was thinking how all the insects and mosquitos would be attracted to the light and before I knew it, I would be covered in bugs. I also don’t want all those bugs trying to get into the food either, so I told my wife we would have to pass on the light. The best thing I can do really is just make sure to grill early before it starts to get dark outside. It starts to become freezing when it gets late anyway, especially during the spring and fall months. In the summer though, I can grill fairly late and not have to worry about losing the light from the sun. At least I don’t have to worry about our HVAC system because it is always kept up to date. I get regular HVAC system tune-ups before the peak heating and cooling seasons. This way, I always know I have great comfort to go back to after I’m finished doing my thing on the grill. There’s nothing better than enjoying good food with your family with the perfect temperature control settings and air quality.
