The two of us have decided that the people I was with and I are going to turn the garage into a residing room.
I realize that this may sound completely ridiculous to some people, however the fact is that the people I was with and I just need some extra space around here.
At this point, the people I was with and I have our many daughters, one son-in-law, a niece and a nephew residing with us. On top of that, the people I was with and I also have 2 giant pets and our mother-in-law. It’s just gotten to the point where the people I was with and I are either going to have to get some extra residing space or the people I was with and I are going to have to start kicking some people out of here. Since the people I was with and I don’t truly want to have to do that and the people I was with and I can’t build onto the condo because of the way our lot is located in the village, the people I was with and I have come to this conclusion. The two of us are planning to turn our old residing room into a couple of study rooms and closets because the people I was with and I are absolutely in need of closet space! The two of us already have good heating and cooling in the house. As for the new residing room that is now the garage, the people I was with and I are going to have to run some new air duct out there and tie it into the existing Heating & A/C system that services the rest of the house. I don’t know how much that is going to end up costing us, however it can’t be as much as it would be if the people I was with and I had to put in a totally new Heating & A/C device for the garage. I wish that the people I was with and I had just run air duct out there whenever the people I was with and I first built the condo years ago, however at that point the people I was with and I never thought that the people I was with and I would be using the garage for extra residing space. Life has a way of surprising you, that’s for sure.
